The Nitty Gritty for Wholesale

I sell my products by the case (6 items per case). My total order minimum is $150, subject to custom design additions. Standard stock has an MOQ of 1 case. Custom designs have higher MOQs. Contact us at hello@goodonpaperco.ca for more information about bulk custom design policies.

Wholesale Shipping

Buyer is responsible for shipping or pickup. A $10 delivery fee applies to all Greater Edmonton area deliveries.

Wholesale Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Items damaged during shipping may be exchanged for the same product at no cost to the Buyer, with proof of damage. Unless in stock, Seller will place the print order within 1 business day. Therefore, any print order cancelled after 24 hours, will receive a 25% refund; the Seller will retain 75%.  Seller does not accept returns.

Display & Packaging

All Good on Paper products must be displayed and sold in original packaging unless given written consent by Good on Paper.

AI

We do not use any AI in our design work. Therefore, any AI design edits are prohibited from any images involving our products unless both parties have given written consent.

Ownership

Full ownership of any Good on Paper designs remains with Good on Paper. This includes custom designs. The retailer or custom design client does not own rights to any design and cannot reproduce or modify a design themselves in any way. The design cannot be applied to any products without the artistic involvement and explicit and written agreement of Good on Paper.
